Panchang Data and Calculations
The Panchang calculations provided through our application are based on established astronomical formulas. However, we do not guarantee 100% accuracy of the information presented. Different traditions and schools of thought may have variations in Panchang calculations. Users should consider the information as a general guide only.
Intellectual Property
The Panchang App, including its content, features, and functionality, is owned by AstroPanchang and is protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or exploit any content from our application without prior written consent.
User Generated Content
Users may be able to submit feedback, comments, or other content. By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, and display such content. You represent that you have all necessary rights to the content you submit.
Prohibited Activities
You agree not to engage in any of the following activities:
- Using the service in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
- Attempting to interfere with the proper functioning of the service

- Using the service to transmit any malware or viruses

Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AstroPanchang and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from any claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the service or violation of these terms.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.
Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Dehradun, Uttarakhand, India.
Severability
If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these terms will otherwise remain in full force and effect.

देयता की सीमा
कानून द्वारा अनुमत अधिकतम सीमा तक, AstroPanchang और इसके सहयोगी किसी भी अप्रत्यक्ष, आकस्मिक, विशेष, परिणामी, या दंडात्मक क्षति, या लाभ या राजस्व के किसी भी नुकसान के लिए उत्तरदायी नहीं होंगे, चाहे वह प्रत्यक्ष या अप्रत्यक्ष रूप से किया गया हो। इन शर्तों या हमारी सेवा के आपके उपयोग से उत्पन्न किसी भी दावे के लिए हमारी देयता उस राशि से अधिक नहीं होगी जो आपने हमारी सेवा का उपयोग करने के लिए भुगतान की है।
वारंटी का अस्वीकरण

समाप्ति
हम आपके खाते और सेवा तक पहुंच को तुरंत, बिना पूर्व सूचना या देयता के, किसी भी कारण से, इन शर्तों के उल्लंघन तक सीमित नहीं है, समाप्त या निलंबित कर सकते हैं। समाप्ति पर, सेवा का उपयोग करने का आपका अधिकार तुरंत समाप्त हो जाएगा।
शासी कानून
ये शर्तें भारत के कानूनों के अनुसार नियंत्रित और व्याख्या की जाएंगी, इसके कानून के संघर्ष के प्रावधानों की परवाह किए बिना। इन शर्तों के तहत उत्पन्न होने वाले किसी भी विवाद देहरादून, उत्तराखंड, भारत में स्थित अदालतों के विशेष क्षेत्राधिकार के अधीन होंगे।
विभाज्यता
यदि इन शर्तों का कोई प्रावधान अप्रवर्तनीय या अमान्य पाया जाता है, तो उस प्रावधान को न्यूनतम आवश्यक सीमा तक सीमित या हटा दिया जाएगा ताकि ये शर्तें अन्यथा पूर्ण बल और प्रभाव में रहें।
